We purchase organic vegetables directly from Kushibiki in Tsuruoka City.In addition to shabu-shabu made with Hirabaki Sangen pork and seasonal vegetables, we also offer a variety of mountain vegetable dishes and cherry trout in spring, Yamagata's specialty chilled ramen with Yamagata dashi in summer, potato stew and mushroom dishes in autumn, and cold cod dishes and natto soup in winter, all of which are unique to Yamagata!

We have Yamagata doburoku and nigori sake, as well as over 50 other types of Yamagata sake, and we are the store with the largest selection of Yamagata sake in Tama, and indeed in Tokyo.You're sure to find something to your liking.◎ The owner, who is originally from Yamagata Prefecture, personally visits the region and listens to the voices of the producers to carefully select the sake. Tejimaul's original nigori sake is made using the brand of rice, Tsuyahime, and has a sweet taste that is also recommended for women.

We order authentic doburoku, which is made in Yuza Town, Yamagata, very close to Mt. Chokai.Not only is it delicious, but it's also highly nutritious, making it a delight for both body and soul! This is a bowl of ramen made with great care by our discerning father, and is only available at our restaurant in Tama, so we highly recommend it.
