Delivered directly from Hirata Farm! The best pork "Hiramachi Sangen Pork" is served as Yakiniku Sangyeopsal! Sangen Pork belly is grilled on a diagonal hot plate to remove excess oil, the outside is crispy, and then wrapped in lettuce and other vegetables for a healthy meal. The kimchi cheese chijimi goes well with alcohol. The final dish is "Tsuyahime" fried rice delivered directly from Kurokawa Maruishi Farm.
